Foreign Direct Investments
- Design investment structure and conduct legal due diligence investigations on behalf of clients
- Prepare application documents and review feasibility study reports
- Assist clients in the application and registration procedures with various governmental authorities, including but not limited to the National Development and Reform Commission, the PRC Ministry of Commerce, the PRC State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the State Administration for Foreign Exchange, and their local branches.
- Assist in the establishment of foreign invested enterprises
- Draft and review various legal documents, including but not limited to joint venture contracts and articles of association
- Assist in the establishment of regional headquarters for multinational corporations
- Assist in the restructuring and reinvestment of foreign-invested enterprises
- Provide ongoing legal and compliance advice
- Assist in customs formalities
- Assist in tax and financial planning
